How do I take care of my jewellery?

- Store jewellery out of sunlight as the colours of the flowers may fade. Please note: as resin is not plastic or glass, it may contain slight imperfections. - Remove your jewellery before using creams, soap, and perfumes. - Remove your jewelley before exercising, swimming, taking a shower or bath.
How long does it take to make a custom order?

Depending on the availability of the botanicals and your design in mind, please allow 2-3 weeks manufacturing time on custom orders.
How does the shipping work?

LOCAL (RSA) 1. Paxi: PEP to PEP R59 5 - 7 working days 2. Courier guy: Door to door R100 2 - 5 working days 3. Pickup: Bloubergstrand, South Africa. FREE INTERNATIONAL: Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and other fees. 10 - 14 working days (depending on Country and regulations)
Returns and Exchanges

1. Unfortunately we do not take any returns / refunds on products. 2. We are happy to replace or repair any items that may have broken due to manifacturing defects within 2 weeks of purchase.
