Please note: as resin is not plastic or glass, it may contain slight imperfections. - Remove your jewellery before using creams, soap, and perfumes. - Remove your jewelley before exercising, swimming, taking a shower or bath.

Depending on the availability of the botanicals and your design in mind, please allow 2-3 weeks manufacturing time on custom orders.

1. Unfortunately we do not take any returns / refunds on products. 2. We are happy to replace or repair any items that may have broken due to manifacturing defects within 2 weeks of purchase.
